To stay in active enrollment in lessons, the following policies apply:

• Full, on-time monthly lessons payment to reserve your students' exclusive weekly lesson time in the calendar, due by the 10th of each month.

​

• A late fee of $25 will apply to payments received after the 15th.​

​​

• No refunds or credits can be issued for missed lessons. Each time slot in the lesson calendar is reserved for one student each and cannot be filled for absences. 

  Rent and fees are paid each month to maintain an active lessons studio.

​​

• Illness: Students should not attend lessons ill. The student may meet virtually or reschedule the lesson. A video lesson can be sent for that week if they cannot meet virtually or reschedule.

​

• Make Up Lessons: A lesson may be rescheduled to an alternative day/time due to a lesson missed for illness or emergency only. This is only if there is another opening available. 

​

• Instructor cancellations: If the instructor must cancel for illness or emergency, the lesson will be rescheduled or made up. Students will be notified via text or phone call as soon as possible.

​

• Inclement weather: all lessons will meet virtually if driving conditions are dangerous. Students will be notified via text and email. If you opt out of a virtual lesson and that choise is available, payment for that lesson cannot be refunded or credited.

• Maintaining a regular practice schedule so that progress can be made each week in lessons. Each students' practice goals will be outlined in each lesson. Practice time should be scheduled into the week and parents should help their children stay committed to their practice time. Positive feedback and reminders are very helpful, such as reminding the student to be prepared for their next lesson and excitement over reaching the next goal they have. Practice sheets and sticker rewards are given out in lessons.

• Anyone exhibiting any dangerous or aggressive behaviors will be immediately removed from the studio.​​​​
